List All Users
Get all users with their statistics (admin only)

Create User
Create a user with a default project (admin only). Validation failures answer 400 with { success: false, error: 'Validation failed', details } rather than the standard error object.

Delete User
Delete a user by id (admin only). Admin users cannot be deleted through the API.

Application Logs
Stored AppLog rows, newest first (admin only) — the first-party log store that outlives Fly's ~100-line buffer, so 'what happened at 03:00' is answerable a day later. Cursor-paginated: pass the previous page's nextCursor.
