Lead Management
Filter, organize, and export your scraped leads.
Lead Status
Leads can have one of these statuses:
- New: Freshly scraped, not yet reviewed
- Contacted: You've reached out to this lead
- Qualified: Lead meets your criteria
- Unqualified: Lead doesn't meet your criteria
- Archived: No longer relevant
Filtering Leads
Use filters to find specific leads:
- Status filter
- Company name search
- Job/source filter
- Email validation status
- Tags
Bulk Operations
Select multiple leads to perform bulk actions:
- Bulk Delete: Remove multiple leads at once
- Bulk Status Update: Change status of selected leads
- Bulk Tag: Add or remove tags from selected leads
- Bulk Validate: Validate emails for selected leads
Tags
Tags help you categorize and organize leads. You can create custom tags like:
- "Priority", "Hot Lead", "Follow Up"
- "Enterprise", "SMB", "Startup"
- "NYC", "LA", "Chicago"
Lead Details
Each lead contains:
- Contact information (name, email, phone)
- Company information (name, domain)
- Job title
- Social profiles (LinkedIn, Twitter)
- Source URL where lead was found
- Custom notes
- Email validation results
Exporting Leads
Export your leads in multiple formats:
- CSV: Compatible with Excel, Google Sheets
- JSON: For programmatic use
You can export all leads or just filtered/selected leads.
Data Retention
Leads are retained according to our data retention policy. Deleted leads go through a soft-delete phase before permanent removal.
