Take over from a text message
Send a viewer link. On a phone, one finger is the mouse, two pan and zoom, and a keyboard button types into the page. The page still receives desktop mouse and key input, so the browser's fingerprint does not change mid-session.
Approve instead of take over
When the step is a decision rather than a task, hold the agent's click, typing or navigation for a person to approve or deny.
A record of what happened
Any session can record itself to MP4, whether or not someone is watching.
